PWC NEURODIVERSITY
Graphic Design and Illustration work for PwC, a global network of firms delivering assurance, tax and consulting services for a variety of businesses.
The PwC Neurodiversity Learning Programme is a comprehensive initiative aimed to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees, regardless of their neurological differences, can thrive and contribute their unique talents.
The programme includes a self-paced, interactive online course featuring real-life scenarios with animation and audio. This course allows learners to make decisions in relatable situations, helping them empathize with and understand diverse perspectives. In order to support the course, I created a set of 20 double-sided cards featuring real stories and actionable advice from PwC employees. These color-coded cards highlight common barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals, their strengths, and include resources such as articles, books, and videos on neurodiversity.
To ensure the content and graphics were accurate and impactful and result in an engaging piece, we collaborated with PwC through a series of interactive workshops. This collaboration allowed us to grasp the complexity of the topic and create a more effective learning tool.
This project was created in collaboration with Robert Mackie, Learning Consultant at Media Zoo.
