THE BODY SHOP AT HOME
Series of illustrations created for e-learning programme ‘The Body Shop at Home - Direct Selling’ created in collaboration with developers on Rise.
The aim of the programme was to help consultants to feel more confident in selling The Body Shop products directly, either in virtual or live meetings. It included advice on how to communicate stories, engaging conversations and active listening, body language and more.
The colour palette is aligned with The Body Shop branding. The use of line illustration and slightly shifted block of colours plays with the idea of embracing imperfection and creates a playful and relaxed look & feel.

Half body character illustrations to accompanied the programme.
Full body illustration for fictional scenario activity (customer interaction). The activity included a living room as background and an illustrated character (customer) who reacted to the selected answers. The aim of the activity was to listen and understand the customer and offer the right answer to their inquiry.
Diversity is a key element in The Body Shop communications as well as empower people to be themselves and bring their uniqueness to their work.
The fictional scenario activity included a pop up image where a consultant indicates if the answer is right or wrong.
Sketch - Body language activity included tips on how to use body language on live or virtual meetings.
